He has full bolt ons,all stock motor procharged on the stock size pulley, so i think its about 10#s..he made 445 to the wheels.

Haven't done a lot of research but what is a safe amount of boost for an 07 GT? Good runs!

I have seen some on like 15 pounds..but thats playing with fire. safely 10 #'s, and try not to hit the rev limiter too much. He has a C&L intake manifold and that would put him at about 520, but the stock motor would give. he's just enjoying it still. he already has another block, so he is gonna start building that soon

I know one guy who put down 570 with a stock bottom end 3v. Lasted years and took a lot of abuse. Might be the record holder. Most people say not to go over 10psi and to keep it under 500whp if you want longevity.

????? I have seen alot less power made on 3v get toasted. What kinda of set up did he have and who tunned it?
