I have a chance to pick a 2003 svt focus 5 door and was wondering from all owners & their experience what to look out for. I read about the timing belt, thermostat housing from other threads but what else am I missing. I drove the car & the clutch seems good no slipping that I can feel. No problems going into all gears also. The car has 68,500 miles.

You sound like you already have heard about the most common issues.
Besides replacing the timing belt, thermostat housing and clutch on mine, I also had to replace the sway bar end links, and most recently I had to replace the TPS.
