Car has Sold!
Price Reduced to $15,000 - Includes Shipping!
I am selling my 2003 Mustang Cobra Coupe. I have moved to the Colorado Rockies and it does not make sense to keep 2 Mustang Cobras during the long winter months.
If you have never driven a car with a roots-style blower, you're in for a treat! This Cobra has a few modifications including a 2.93 upper pulley, Magnaflow exhaust, and Chrome FR500's (17x9 with 275's up front and 17x10.5 with 315's and ¼” spacers on the rear). The car was tuned with an SCT Xcal2 by Dan DeSio at Pro-Dyno in South Carolina. I have one more trip to make to the dyno and a subsequent re-tune...I will post the numbers once that is completed.
Some recent work to the motor includes these new parts: driver’s side head from Ford, water pump, intercooler pump, alternator, 03/04 clutch and bearings, LFP Cooling Mod, and all 4 tires are brand new. The repairs were completed and tires added at 87,400 miles...It now has a tad over 90,000 miles.
Since I need to return to Houston from time to time, I will deliver (drive) the car for free to anyone in the Amarillo/DFW/Houston area who purchases the car.
If you are interested, please reply here or send a PM.
The following videos are samples of what the car looks and sounds like at a roadcourse:

This was a video compilation taken at the SVT Cobra Club’s Track Days at Motorsport Ranch south of Houston. It gives an idea of the kind of people you’ll hang out with as a result of owning this car!
Finally, here are a few pics of the car:
