I've been reading all about this cooling mod for the 2003 cobra. I just purchased mine about 5 months ago and I noticed it did not have one. I call the builder of the engine and he said they changed the heads and I don't need to worry about it. He also said they did some testing on stock engines with the mod and without and they did not see any difference. He said it would not hurt to have one but they did not see the need to install one. Any thoughts.
