Description: Because I just don't have time to play with my car anymore instead of letting it sit in the garage.... here you go.

It is priced to sell as quick as possible.... and no I will not go lower. A local dealer will take it as a trade for this... I just don't need another car.

I will also give you a copy of every picture I have taken of the car as well as all the pictures I have gathered from the cars previous owners.

The car has a CLEAR MD title.... it was bought from a member here... with a CLEAR Missouri title and he bought it from a member here from North Carolina with a CLEAR title. Carfax however lists it as having a "salvage title"... I live in Maryland and they are very strict about car titles... if it was salvaged then they would not have issued a CLEAR title. This being said.... the car has been in an accident (in 2003 time frame) but runs great, smooth and true. I have put a lot of time into this car restoring it back to its original glory.

Brand new paint is less than 1 year old; New Clutch (everything from the firewall out has been replaced/upgraded)

I will give you all of the following to go with the car as well.....

The 2001 Roush Stage 3 was our friend's sons favorite car..... he loved it (he was 3) he got Terminal Neuroblastoma Cancer and one of his last joys was riding in the Roush. He died....

Later... a guy crossed the double yellow in to my lane.... I went off the road to avoid the head on..... I hit the tree... he kept going. Totaled the Roush.

Well the girls were heart broken.... they thought that they had lost their link to their friend Carter.

So when I found this Cobra..... and Roushed it all up.... with some of the parts off the old car and made a copy of my old Roush. They were happy again. My one daughter calls this car the "Evil Twin".

Needless to say.... they think that this is the only link to their friend.... but I have been working on them and explaining to them why it has to go. they are better with it going now.... but not great.

Current mileage 58k (sorry for the misquote earlier) I have driven it to Mustang week twice... Woodward twice.... and Carlisle twice as well as a bunch of local car shows.... so it gets driven.

I drive the car.... it is not a garage queen.... so it has some nicks and stuff here and there..... but nothing huge.

Bought the car from a guy off SVT. The car needed a rescue.... and I have spent the last couple years doing just that. Everything that needed replacing (when I bought it) got replaced with better parts.... i.e Spec Stage 3 clutch set up and so on (see thread on SVT).

It is sitting just over 450 to the wheels (but I have not dyno'd it - that is what the guy before me got) It may be higher.... I have added a few things in there since I got it. This car is fast...very noticeably..... much faster than my Stage 3 Roush which was 400 to the wheels

Just got a tune up with new plugs, oil change (all syn), fuel filter, K&N recharge, AC recharge... the works.

For the last several months the car just sits in the garage not being driven at all except to run around the block to move the fluids in it.

I just want to make sure that you know this car is not perfect. I have spent a lot of time and money trying to get this car back into the shape it is in now. It has come a long way....but it really has the potential to be suppppper sexy.

I fixed so much little stuff on this car that drained the loot from the go fast fund. I was just getting started on the go fast mods. I talked to Steig and was going to get the Stage 5 port and get it painted black for 985.

Cons:

There is some sort of vibration at like 60 mph but I have had several people drive it and tell me it was nothing... or they didn't feel it. I drove it to and from Myrtle Beach and noticed it but had no issues. It is there... I feel it but I am not mechanically inclined enough to diagnose the problem - nor do I have the loot to track it down.

Stereo was installed by a guy who tried to tie the mach 460 speakers into the new stereo... they do not mesh well and the sound changes / pops.

The boost gauge may or may not have issues. There is power to it... but it flashes.

There are a few scrapes in the bumper but this fix is easy and something I would recommend. I was going to get the bottom it Line-x'd so I don't have to keep repainting it.
