Hello Everyone,
I am working on finalizing a deal on a 2003 Cobra convertible with 10th anniversary package. My wife has a couple of concessions about the car, including the ability to use an external device (iPhone, etc) with the car. Based on what I can tell, it has the Mach 460 system with the six disc in dash receiver. Perusing this forum, Crutchfield, and others, it seems there could be some complications with adding an aux port to the factory unit. American Muscle offers what they call a plug and play adapter (link below), but I was curious to see if any members here have used it before on a 2003 cobra/mustang with the Mach 460 system. I could also see going the route of installing an aftermarket head unit to solve this as well as gaining a USB port, Bluetooth, etc. What routes have others gone?
