2003 Cobra belt question

Got a quick question about what belt I need to get to fit my set up....

I'm installing a 2.8 upper pulley and a 4 piece idler set up. Here is what I've got.

Metco Motorsports 4-Piece Idler Kit w/Single Ball Bearing Idlers [MCR-4PIECES] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs

UPR 03-04 Cobra Quick Change Pulley Kit (Includes 2.8 & 3.0) [UPR-9583-01] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs

I'm gonna be running the 2.8" pulley, what size belt do I need to get?
Also, how large of a gap on the TR6 spark plugs.

Just lettin everyone know that I have the pulley, idlers, belt, and plugs all installed. Tune is scheduled for next Wednesday, will post numbers Wednesday afternoon
