Is there a big demand for these? I was putting together an eaton swap kit, and noticed Ford gets $298 for this part and its still $190 something with a discount. I was thinking of having some aftermarket ones made. I was thinking of maybe having some made in chrome also for the guys that want to dress up their engine bays. Just trying to get an idea of the demand. Thanks.

eaton swap and idlers exploding are about the only demand for them....
I about chit a brick when the ford dealer quoted me 3 bills for the bracket that cost them 37 cents to manufacture...... I tweaked it back and made it work.
Seen a couple guys custom make new brackets out of aluminum....

03....03/04 are the same.
The idler to the left of the P/s res came apart and peeled back, hitting the bracket and bent it when it ripped the mount out of the resevoir.......
Stock idlers with small upper and snub idler makes for common stock idler failures
