2001 True Blue Cobra. rear end collision

I will be getting the car back tonight. The title will be free and clear of salvage history and i am asking $6000.

the damage can be repaired for around $3000 putting this car at $9000 total investment

So was the car not issued a salvage title? Thought the only way a salvage title could be changed was if the car was issued a "rebuilt" title after being fixed.

Sucks to see a True Blue '01 totaled

i inquired to the dmv and they will be sending me a report of the title. i didnt not have to forfeit the title and was not refunded registration fees or tax on the settlement i took on the car... Im getting more eager to get rid of this quick. I may part it out if i have confirmation that i can get 90% of it dismantled and sold
