My 2001 cobra has been sitting since November 2021. It had a spun rod bearing. After changing all the bearings, I turned the car on and it ran for about 10 minutes. It then shut off by itself. After cranking it multiple times, it won't start back up again. What could be the issue?

could be any number of things

did you have the motor in the car for the work or did you pull it? If you pulled it, wait till it cools and see if it restarts. If it does and runs for 10 minutes or so again could have the O2 harness backwards

I would double check the crank position sensor is fully seated
Do you have fuel pressure? You can check at the valve on the pass side fuel rail or listen for the fuel pump to prime when turning the key

The fuel pump works just fine when the key is turned. We checked the spark plugs, and they weren't sparking. The spark plugs are almost new.

Check fuses,

Engine sensors have a fuse.

We have those noise suppressors also on back of head,,common to short out fuse,

Loose grounds ?

Crank sensor clip broken and it isn't staying seated ,,wire tie on mine ,,
