2001 Cobra turned into race car with the traction control unhooked. Will this affect the ABS? I flat spotted my tires after I thought we had the unit working. Is there anything I can do to check the ABS module to see if it is working? The wheel speed sensors are working/reading fine.

What do you mean by "traction control unhooked"? If you just push the traction control button to turn off traction control, the ABS should still work. Or you can turn it off with a tuner. But the ABS & traction control are tied together and if you disconnected something you may have affected the ABS.
The traction control module is removed. Is there a way to bypass the traction control module and make it work?
