2000 Saleen SC with Series I blower

So...

I have an 03 Cobra but my friend is the one with the Saleen. While I don’t know the specific details about the Saleen, I’m sure that the general principle is the same.

I have some general questions regarding a pulley swap on the Saleen.

So, what I want to know is what size supercharger pulley should I go with? I have done some research and it seems that Chicane makes a 66mm pulley? Does the pulley have to be pressed on/off with the pulley pulley similar to an 03-04 Cobra?

When we switch the blower pulley, what fuel mods are needed? Do we need a SVT focus pump? Or will a KB Boost-a-pump on the stock pump suffice? Also, will stock injectors be maxed? Should we go with 42lb? Will the MAF be pegged? Do we need a bigger MAF or does Diablosport make a MAFia for the Saleens/Roushs as well?

Do you guys also upgrade the heat exchanger with the smaller pulley?

DK if you noticed, but he's just doing a pulley swap on a saleen. Also, why did you list battery RL when it's pictured? and why would need that for an eaton setup?


OP - IDK about fuel upgrades, sorry, I'd imagine upgrading the pump would be necessary. I'm not sure what inj. the saleens have. Stock MAF's peek at ~375RWHP IIRC.

Other than that, you should be good since it's just a swap.

I would presume so, given power level.


You can get a FGT or Aviator pump as well. I believe you have to modifiy the pump basket for low fuel pick up though, IIRC.
