I have a 2000 Saleen making around 350rwhp. I have a stock clutch, alum. drivshaft, 3.55 gears, 285/35/Nitto 555s. I dont have much track experience only about a dozen passes and none in this car. What do you think I could run, and what do you think the car could do with a good driver?

I would be happy with mid 12s. What approx. Should my trap speed be? 110 to 115?

My buddy's 04 gt had a non intercom led 2.1 KB on it and it ran 12.60s around 109 on d/r's. Forgot the 60 foot, but the car was stock other than the KB and flowmasters. This was in cool weather too, it dynoed at 330rwhp on a mustang dyno. I would think you'd be mid to low 12' with good driving. Also depends on conditions.
