If anyone has replaced their brake duct hoses on their 00R, what did you use? I contacted the fine folks at Full Tilt and was told their thermoplatic hose is the closest to original, however, the neoprene version would be an upgrade. What say you?

Check with McMaster Carr. They stock just about everything made. You can choose from heat resistance, diameter, wire material, etc.

I replaced mine years ago with some generic hose from Summit ?
I just made sure I had the correct diameter, didn’t really care about much else. And the hose I got was black, compared to the stock orange/red.

I bought the neoprene. Oem hose is in storage.

I snapped the pics when the car had roughly 800 miles on it a few years ago. It now has 1250. It has never seen rain or even washed, which helps keep it clean.
Ahhh, so the originals are indeed black. I thought I read somewhere that the originals were orange/red. Thanks for the pics! Looks like I do have the originals, but the driver side is pretty well torn. Thinking I'll replace with the neoprene ones from Full Tilt.
