$2 Bill Question

As we all know, about every last thing known to man can be answered by someone on this forum. I have a very modest collection of paper and minted money. I have just acquired a $2 bill that has the picture of soldiers raising the American flag at Iwo Jima on the left, what appears to be a picture of D.C. on the right side and stars and stripes behind Jefferson's portrait. I've done quite a bit of googling and cannot find a picture of another like it or any information whatsoever. Any information would be great.

ETA: My picture is right side up in photobucket, but will not imbed that way. Sorry for that.

Plus that $68 is for 4 of them, one is worth around 17 dollars. It was a special collection of State Overlay $2 Bills. Its like one of those TV specials.
