Erik is making 21 psi with stock lower and 3.2 upper on E85 with LT

thats exactly what i made today on the 3.2" made 680/601, i also made 714/668 @ 5700, 25psi on the 2.8" lol

714/668 @ 5700rpm, lol !!!!! tuner backed out of it due to such high boost being seen on 104...he wanted c-16 in it for that kind of boost on the stock shortblock

2.9 whipple with longtubes and NO crusher...

3.25=20lbs
3.00=22 lbs

basically with every step down you go on the upper only you will see 2 lbs of boost

Looks like I might need to buy a 3.00 for my junk. My tuner wants me to be able to make/sustain 21-22lbs.

Do 3.00's tend slip a lot? I have a 2lb lower I could use if needed.....

I like this thread.
Ok guys here i go. Looking to go get tuned in a month or 2 on my 2.9 setup. (currently doing the fuel setup and solid axle build/swap)

I wanna be 18-20psi on pump gas
and i wanna be 23-25psi or what ever most is "ok" for a stock long block

I have a metco 4 lb lower and the 3.5 upper

what should i do and what boost levels will this put me at. and whats cheapest for me.

run the 3.5 upper and 4lb lower be around 23.5psi for race gas tune then just swap lower to a oem ring and be 18-19psi and call it a day?

what about my belt size am i ganna need to swap belts each time (which isnt hard but curious)

Or should i run the 4lb lower with 3.5 for race tune as i said and get a 4.0 upper off lethal to run my pump tune and easier to change.... what boost would that let me be at?

my car has longtubes and offroad x pipe

3.5" pulley, stock lower, 14.86 psi @ 5280' using 91 octane on 79 degree day=623hp & 562 tq

Hey just confirming something... this has to be corrected numbers, not your actual RWHP in Colorado @5280' feet above sea level. There's no way you could lay down 623 with only 14.86 Pounds of boost.
