2.93 Upper / 4# Lower Belt Size?

I have all 4 Billetflow idlers, 3.10" alt. pulley, 2.93" upper, and 4# lower pulley. I am currently running an 81" Gatorback belt, that has been on for about 17k miles and it has obvious scuffs and tears on it. In my opinion, it has symptoms of belt slip and I was wondering if I should get this same size belt (maybe it stretched after all the wear) or should I get the Gates 80 1/4" belt? Thanks!

My pulley combo is the same as yours and I'm running the 80 1/4" belt with no problems.

I have one from NAPA, Gates is probably the better of the two.

I had the same setup and was also using an 80" belt

i ran same set up as you with my old eaton. then and now i change the belt every 2 oil changes!
