I have a billetflow 2.93 upper now. Was gonna change out to a 2.76 ring. Do I need a differnt size belt? I have a billetflow tensioner on already.

Nope. I run the same belt on a 3.5 and a 2.9.
The difference on yours is not even 2/10 of an inch. From there you divide that in half because only the radius from the center of the hub and up effects your belt tension.
