I am happy with my "basic combo" best was a 11.93 at 122.3 on a slick ass track on BFG drag radials. Best 60' i had was a 1.87. Is this about right? Full weight car also with 3/4 tank of gas.

billetflow 2.93 and idler PHP cold air kit...no prefilter, Mac Prochamber and magnaflow catback And one hell of a tune from Rick  Next i think will be a port job. I have done a 8.8 swap but on this night which was also the fist time i had this car to the track, didn't do anything better than the IRS. But was not the right night for me to be at the track my mind was on other things. Hopefully in the near future i can get back with my head straight and drive this thing. I may be crazy but i think i can get 11.50's out of it in this combo. Thank Rick and Lynn!

Thats purty good. I went 11.20 @ 121 on a 1.50 60' in my old Z. You should be able to get a 1.5x 60' on that solid axle.

Nice times.

Wow.. Well something is up... Cause no way you going to trap 122 with 440/450. Did you get more then one run to prove the 122 was accurate? When I made 440/460 I trapped 117

well the best pass was a 122 but had 3-4 others in the 121mph range, the first pass i made in this car was 118 no weight removed at all. Doesn't add up at all

ok :poke: This aint about your car, you have alot of weight reduction, you just usually dont see people trapping 122 with 440 and full weight... the end

see my sig - amazon tune with 2.93 also got me 122 mph in the 1/4

full weight car as well - I think non-powershifting tends to elevate mph - I am a very slow shifter and have run many times over 120 mph - poor 60 fts also tend to elevate the mph

I dyno'd just 428hp and have run 120-122 mph many times on my non ported Eaton with 2.93 and no lower and Amazon tune - not sure weight is that important - I have done nothing to reduce weight and still have IRS - I really think slow shifts and poor 60 fts bring up the mph artificially - since my car should proably run 11.50's with a 122 mph trap speed - I can only manage 11.90's at 122 mph due to poor driving skills
