Well last week I was driving and I shredded my 740 gatorback belt. I thought I was going to be stuck, but there were still a few ribs on the belt so I made it home ok. When I got back home I tried the stock belt and it looked like it fit fine. The only reason I put the belt on was my cobra is my daily driver and it was going to be a few days before the other belt came in. I've been driving on it since then and have had no problems, I even went to the track and ran my best time. I'm going to put the new belt on when it gets here, i'm going to try a 745 this time. I thnk the other belt was a little too tight. From now on i'll get my stock belt in the trunk for a spare now that I know it will work fine.
