2.49 upper??

Does anyone have any experience with stiegemeiers 2.49 upper on a 2003/2004 cobra? I am thinking about going with it on a stage 6 port but concerned about belt slip? I have a BF 2.76 upper now with BF aux idler and all other BF pulleys. Please give some feed back. I am looking to get around 510-525 rwhp. Thanks,

We have many of these in circulation. The 2.49 is comparable to a 2.93 and 4# lower

Currently i am running the 2.49

I have seen anything under 2.76" creates a lot more friction from the belt angle, and much more slip on those setups. Some reported making the same power between the 2.5" and 2.76" because of belt slip.

Yea for me the slip is terrible I will change the pulley out for a bigger uper and a lower I'm making around 500 but so much slip
