Hi guys. I don't post here much, but I just picked up a 2004 Cobra with a 2.3L Whipple supercharger on it. It has a 3.00" pulley and making 17psi.

I won't bring it out til spring, but what type of oil do I use in the Whipple? I see the site glass has some in it, but it could use just a touch of oil to get it to the middle of the sight glass. Thanks. :coolman:

I know with the stock eaton you use fords supercharger oil or you can get it cheaper from GM which is supposed to be the same stuff, just a lot cheaper. I'm guessing you could use the same stuff in the whipple.

Call Whipple and check with them and order it from them I would guess. Their old ones you could use about anything I think. Although the new ones require blower specific oil. Plus if you're just going to top it off it needs to be the same as what's already in the blower.
