2.3 Whipple on 21-22 psi safe on 100 oct.?

What do you guys think at that boost level 21-22 will it be relatively safe to tune it on 100 octane or would I still need a booster like Lucas or Torco?

you should be good...my blower was ran on 21 psi for over 2 years on 93 plus torco....The op only had a problem when he ran the new 2.9 at 23-24 psi and it blew up the motor.
