1st track runs

So 1st time out with my 2011 GT. car is bone stock I hade some 2005 gt500 wheels with Mickey Thompson et street radials P305/45R18 left over from my Paxton Marauder tire was way too tall and hooked too well. Leaving at 6000rpms with hot tires was a dead hook and engine would bog down left me with 2 13.02 @ 106 mph runs with a 1.91 60ft. 3rd run I didn't heat the tires left @ 6000 rpms good amount of tire spin off the line but still cut a 1.90 60ft and 12.85 @ 105mph not to bad for a 95 degree 80% humity day. I need to kill off these tires and get something with a shorter sidewall and some cooler air. These 5.0s run strong I love this car:-D

I thought the same thing looking at other GT's running that 1/4 mile et my 60ft is good but the mph is low. I'm blaming it on the heat/humidity and the poor tire size

Ive never seen a stock coyote run less then 108mph.
