1998 Cobra Running very lean all of a sudden???

98 Cobra ysi v7 vortect SC. The motor was running great last week. Plugs were a nice light tan color.
Put new plugs in and raced it twice down the quarter mile. Felt good, had same fast times but the plugs were lean and white.
Any ideas?
