1997 Cobra reverse shift fork

I have a 1997 Cobra with 182,000 miles. From the time I bought it the transmission grinds into and pops out of reverse. It goes into reverse but seems very random and the grinding is only causing more damage. I was trying to buy the shift fork for reverse but it seems that nobody makes them for the T-45 transmission anymore? Is there anyone that still manufactures and sells these?

Have you checked with any of your local transmission shops (i.e. ones that do manual transmissions)?

I'm not sure about parts. Maybe Hanlon, or ProMotion?
