1993 Mustang Gt 5.0 idle problems after E303 cam install

I have a 1993 Mustang Gt. I have just installed a Ford Racing E303 camshaft. It idles fine in park. However, when I put it in drive and go down the road, and stop at a traffic light, The car has a bucking urge and surges up and down. However, in park or neutral, it idles right at 1000 steady rpm's. I have searched all of the forums and I am at a loss on what to do next. First, let me tell you what i've done.
I have completely followed the instruction to the letter concerning the following link:The Corral
It has procedures for idle adjustments and clearing the computers memory.
So today, I purchased a new TPS. Will this solve my problem

Is the IAC clean, you could have a bad IAC.

Have you checked your vacuum?

Like john stated, check for leaks. Any air entering your engine after the MAF is not measured for air/ fuel ratio.

Also the ground wire for the TPS could be broken and not allowing the correct voltage to the sensor. You can make a simple ground to the upper intake to TB bolt.

vacuum leak maybe but sounds like sensor related TPS voltage must be verified .96-.98 v
