Hello,

Does anyone know the correct rim offset for the 1993 SVT Cobra?

Rim: 17" - 4 lug - 108mm(4.25") bolt pattern Offset=?

There seems to be no one that makes an aftermarket rim to fit our car.

Of course there is Forgeline but I do not have $3000.00 to spend on rims for autocross???

Please advise.

Yep, you're findings are correct. Weld is about the only wheel you can get with enough backspacing to allow for our wider axles (3/4" wider on each side).

I have heard that about (3/4" wider on each side) but do you know the exact offest number or at least the offset for the LX or GT Fox body?
Thanks,

Even if someone knows the b/s then you can figure out the offset.

For the 93 GT, it is a 16x7 wheel with a 4.87 b/s. I know the bullitt wheels fit nicely on our fox cars when used with the sn95 axles. They are a 17x8 w/ a 5.72 b/s. Unfortunately, this is a 5 lug rim and won't fit the stock length 4-lug Cobra axles.

Try to find a 17x8 wheel w/ a 5.72 b/s in 4 lug ....

If you want the actual measurements of the wheels in inches, the BS is 5 15/16", and the rim width from lip to lip is 8 5/8".. Don't know if that helps any.

Thanks for the advice!

I will go check them soon, but with the temperature in the 20's I really would rather just keep the car cover on and stay in my house.

Does anyone out there autocross and use rims that fit stock axles, spindles, and brakes but not stock 93 cobra rims?

Wish I would have bought a new set of 93's from Ford back when they were available. :(

Thanks,

I just wrote the seller to ask why there are only RH side and not LH. I might buy 4 RH side and just look strange on Autocross days?

Thanks for the heads up. Keep me in mind if you see anything else.
