Thanks for the replies everyone. To clarify a few things:

As mentioned, pictures are on the craigslist post and I'm happy to provide anything else as requested. Didn't see the need to post pictures on multiple platforms vs just one, sorry if this offends anyone for some reason.
The reason I will not ship is I am not comfortable with the liability associated with this process. I am more than happy to see this car go anywhere, as long as it's not under my liability to oversee the process. Just my personal stance. I would also prefer the buyer to actually see what they're getting in person vs remote sale.
As a fox enthusiast and someone who happens to be really passionate about this particular car/swap, I would prefer it to go to an owner who's just as passionate as I am. Call it misguided if you'd like, but I'd prefer to see this car actually being enjoyed and improved upon vs in a collectors warehouse, parted out within two months, etc. You could assume anyone who's paying this price for a fox fits the bill, and maybe that's the case, if so - great.
Correct - this car is not yet BAR certified. I had a very strict criteria when searching for a swap as this was my ultimate goal: full harness/ECU vs standalone, EGR/all emissions equipment present, cobra tank/accessories, stock/near stock engine, etc. It's a path I wanted to go down but prior to the tune there was a minor EVAP leak code preventing me from going to the referee.
Happy to answer any other questions.
