I have a White 1988 LX 5.0 V-8 , Hatchback , I am considering selling
Recent parts installed ,
Ford Racing Tremec TR 3550 5 speed Transmission, Lakewood safety bell housing , Ford Racing King Cobra 26 spline clutch assembly ,Ford Racing Billet Steel Flywheel, Ford Racing roller pilot bearing ,Ford Racing Aluminum drive shaft, Granatelli motorsports adjustable clutch pivot ball
Pro 5.0 Tremec 5 speed shifter ,Granatelli motorsports adjustable clutch cable with a Steeda firewall clutch adjuster , and a Steeda solid quick ratio clutch quadrant kit
The car has a newer 91 Mustang GT interior
91 GT rear lift hatch with a 91 Saleen Rear wing
Eibach lowering kit front and rear springs and
KYB struts and shocks , Hotchkiss caster & camber plates
BBK boxed steel rear lower control arms
4 wheel alignment for lowered vehicle
new 3 core radiator , and a 98 Mustang GT 130 amp alternator

Yes I have the working Catalytic converter H pipe to put back on it for smog
Four chrome 17 X 9.5 4 lug Cobra R rims
4 new tires 235 x 17 fronts 17 x 275 rears
It has a noise in the engine a tapping like a stretched rod cap
no banging or piston slap
I missed 3rd gear going up the freeway on ramp and hit the rev limiter
I heard the noise 3 days later when I got home from work
I purchased a 04 Lightning F-150 so this Mustang has been sitting in my garage since MARCH of 2005
THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES AND IS CURENTLY SMOGGED, REGISTERED AND INSURED
the front clip needs paint to match the body
This mustang needs a New Home IT HAS 89,000 MILES ON IT
I have over $7700 dollars invested in this Mustang
