Long story short, I have been kicked in the balls financially.
I just purchased the car from PAS who was selling it for a collector. Just had the AC converted to 134, blows ice cold. Everything on the car works: AC, radio, lights, ash tray, etc.. The car does need a heater core. I have it bypassed right now. The motor was rebuilt and has GT40 heads, ceramic coated headers, bassani catted x pipe. Other than that the car is bone stock. The car dives great and I have put around 200 miles on it with no issues.
I am selling the car for what I paid for it. $15k
