Rebuilt Motor & Trans. With Many Upgrades
The body has 134,000 miles on it. I have owned this car since 1999, am the third owner and have spent many hours and money to get the car to its current condition. The motor was rebuilt in 2002 by Dan Smith in Camden NJ, (have put less than 5,000 miles on rebuild). The Transmission was rebuilt by Dynotech and has about 2,000 miles on the rebuild.
The motor was a stock rebuild with ported heads. The Trans has a Dynotech shift kit, Pats 10" 3200 stall LU Convertor, and a larger aftermarket Art Carr trans pan. Many performance modifications have been done aswell as the usual maintenance and replacement of parts needed.
Some of the Mods done to the car include:
Cottons CPT 65 Turbo, 55 Pound Injectors with modified computer, Walbro 340 Fuel Pump & Hotwire Kit, Billet Adj Fuel Pressure Regulator, 3" Terry Houston Stainless Steel Downpipe w/Test pipe and dump, 2 1/2" ATR Stainless Exhaust (Mufflers are not Stainless), Power Plate, Adjustable Wastegate, 3 1/2" MAF w/Translator Plus, K&N Airfilter, Airbags in both springs, Rear Seat "X" Braces, Scanmaster, VDO Guages-Boost, Knock, Oil, Temp, Turbo Tweak Chip.
Misc. Replaced Parts:
Rubber weather stripping around doors including Felt strips, Door Hinges and Pins, GM power window motors, Headliner Recovered, Stock Height springs (Kirban), KYB Shocks, Front ball joints and tie rod ends, Missing body bushings installed, Powermaster brake accumulator, AC Delco Battery, Alternator, Gatorback Belt, Custom hood insulator pad, Hood Shocks, Radiator, Water Pump, Drivers Side Header has been welded, Coil Pack, Plug Wires, Gas Tank, Hoses, S-10 Wheel Cylinders, Front & Rear Brakes are new, and several sensors replaced.
Interior is in nice shape, Seats are not torn and the carpet is in good condition. The car still has the original floor mats which are still in nice shape. The engine bay is very clean and I get many compliments whenever the car is in any shows. The front and rear bumper fillers are still in good condition and are not brittle or broken. All 4 Tires are BF Goodrich Comp TA's and have about 95% Tread left. Clean Carfax & Title...
Things the Car Needs:
The car needs to be painted. It has the stock paint and is "Checked" on the top surfaces. The passenger side door will have to be replaced, has rust on the bottom. The rear main seal leaks, The Mufflers need to be replaced. Interior speakers are stock and sound like they are 21 yrs old.
