Buy it now is $2200. Reserve price is a less than that.

This was my dream foxbody but I just don't have the time or money to fix it like it should be fixed. Unemployement forces the sell of this car. T-top coupes are very rare. Here is your chance to own one!!

I've had the car for about two and a half years. Most of that time its sat in my basement on jack stands. I've done very little to it since I got the car.

The body itself is pretty straight. No dents or dings or anything. There is no rust that I've found in the body. The hood does have a little rust on the underside as I've shown in the pictures. I think I have most all of the side trim pieces but they are pretty hard, I'm not sure if they could be reused or not. I do not have a wiper cowl for the car. The car will come with the set of later model tail lights pictured. I do not have the original lights any more. Both t-top bags are with the car. The t tops are in good shape. When washing and cleaning up the car I didnt notice any water running in. I let the car set outside for about a month when I first got it and didnt notice any leaking. The car comes with a set of 79 Mustang wheels. I do not have the ten holes that are pictured in some of the pictures. The decklid is off a later model foxbody and isn't bolted to the hinges. I have new headlight bulbs for the car.

In the interior what you see is what you get. I have two front seats but no back seats. They will need to be covered. The car was a manual transmission car, pedals are still in the car. Manual windows. I coated the floor with a rust treatment, Por15 paint, and the undercoated it. There were a few small rust holes but I didnt feel they were bad enough to put a whole new pan in so I filled them with some steel filler. You can see the before shots of the holes in some of the photos.

From what I can tell without a lift under neath the car is pretty solid. There is some surface rust in the left rear rail as I've pictured but it isn't rusted through and could be repaired or probably ran for years as is. I'm not sure what kind of rear end is in the car gear wise or if its any good. The car does come with a disc brake 8.8 that needs rebuilding. I have some ball joints that go with the car and maybe the outer tie rod ends.

Under the hood there is some rust on the passanger side where the sway bar bolts up to the frame. It will need to be repaired. It looks like at some point someone tried to repair it at one point but it has rusted back through.

I have a clean NC title with the car.
