its been a little while since I have posted about the 66 mustang build. ive had the car since 2008. finally after years I had the money to restore it. some of you may have seen some of my turbo cobra pictures ive built the last couple years. I also have been building this 66 for 2.5 years. its a A code 289 GT car. I made it a gt350 clone because I have always loved the looks of them. it has a 289 roller motor, I took a 5.0L motor and machined the oil slinger down on the 289 crank to fit in the block. with some forged pistons, air gap intake, holley 650, trickflow cam and some stainless long tubes. car has been lowered 1" all the way around. ive put a decent amount of miles on it this year enjoying the shit out of it! in the future here I would like to put disk brakes on it. put a t5 in it and possibly weld RTS wheels.
