17x9 24 mm offset and 17×10.5 27 mm replica cobra R's will they sit flushed

I tried to find information on this topic, but I couldn't. Will 17x9 24 mm offset and 17x10.5 27 mm offset sit flush or will I need spacers? I plan to lower the car about 2 inches in the front and about a 1.5 inches in the rear, similar to the H&R super sport drop without iso's. What will I need to make these wheels sit flush with the fenders? Thanks
