17" Up front with 295s ...18" rears?

hey guys i got my hands on some nice tires of a corvette
rears 315/30/18s and the front 295/35/17s and i want to buy new wheels too
who runs 17 font 18 back setup?
i was wondering can i fit 295s in the front and what is involved...where does it rub? ... i do have a fender roller but is that it? will they be fine on a 9" wheel?
also im lowered on H&R SS

295's will not fit well the front on a stock front end for the street car unless you have had radical body work, and definitely not fit with any K-members that push wheels forward like the Griggs or MM. With the 295's you would probably lose a good portion of your turning ability and therefore increase your turn radius. Stick with the 275's.

Ask this question in the Open Track section. I know of at least 1 guy doing 295's in the front but he is heavily modified.
