Im sure this has been a subject beaten to a bloody pulp but im looking to buy some FR500's and I would like to see some pictures out there of these wheels on a lowered car in either size. Other reason for this is to see if either size wheel rubs at all front or back. Anything would be a help.

18s for 2 reasons,
1. you can put the brakes from hell on the car w/o interference
2. if you autocross there are literally thousands of race car take off to use in 18 inch..and cheap

18's all the way you'll be a lot happier!!!!!!!!! With good struts, shocks & springs you won't have any problems with rubbing at all.

18s all day long. These cars don't look right with 17s, just too small.

My old car, BBK 1.5" linear rate, no ISOs front or rear, Tokico Illuminas 275/35/18 rear 245/35/18 front

Current car
FRPP "C" springs, ISOs are in in this pic, stock shocks/struts (they're sagged a little), 18x9.5 all around with 245/35 front 285/35 rear

How does your pro kit sit so low my sportlines aren't even that low.

I think my springs are toast. Probably got lowered in 98' :dw: lol idk really it may be a deceiving pic with shade and such

Hyper coated fr500s look sweet! Do they still make these? I haven't seen these before.

Thanks for all the input my fellow cobra owners! Im sold on the 18s now after looking at all these posts:rockon:

I don't think they make them anymore. Don't know what I'll do if I mess one up. Probably go black.
