1500 rpm vibration????

Im having a wierd vibration out of my car in the 1500 rpm range. I can feel it in the shifter. My trans makes a lot of noise but, when i push the clutch in it goes away. I recently put a spec 2+ in, and when i did it the end fingers on the fork broke off n throw out bearing started making noise so i just put another fork and bearing in and thats when it started making noise. It was vibrating with no noise before the new fork and bearing.

Any suggestions??
