Looks like it has Down syndrome but spy shots and concepts can be misleading. I hope that that's the case here. It looks like it is just extra padding on the hood that makes it look like that. I don't like a big lump in the hood unless it's a cowl induction hood

I think the camo is throwing you off like it did me. The white paint on the rear of the hood and the black tape on the front edge of the hood make it look bulbous and fat all the way up to the front edge. The tape in the 1/4 side picture is misleading, but that part of the hood is flat and flows nicely into the front bumper.
