All you would need to do to complete the conversion is buy a drivers side caliper ($300 from Tasca), pads of your choice ($30-whatever), pad hardware kit ($20) and rotors ($112/pair for AC Delcos on Rockauto) and optional splash shields ($34 from Tasca).
