14 5.0 Cobrajet Stage 3 cams Missfire

Alright guys... So I have Stage 3 Comp Cams, Cobrajet Intake manifold, Ford Racing 65mm throttle body, JLT Cold Air Intake, and Kooks full length headers. The cams have limiters but are not locked out. My issue is during a lot of mid throttle driving where I get a code for random misfire. I have no problems hammering the pedal down and it pulls like a bat outta hell. Its just mid throttle driving in town stuff that it gives me the misfire. I have no issues coming to a stop. Car doesnt turn off either. I just want to know if anyone has any similar issues like mine. I have used the search but have not found anything as far as issues like mine.

Have you installed a clutch in the car? And does crank sensor have the stabilizing crank sensor o ring?

Yes it has a excedy stage 4 clutch and I would assume so? Why do you ask? Honestly.

Did you perform a crank relearn after installing the clutch? Could be the cause of your part throttle misfires. The SCT X4 has the crank relearn function, so if you have one you can do it yourself.
