After my first dyno runs resulted in some spin, I did some reruns today (nothing has changed on the car) no spin this time and much better datalogs, I was able to put all the power down. - Though there is still a odd dip in the top end, nothing stands out in the logs as causing this, other than that very smooth curve

- Vforcejohn, think this could be the dyno losing spark for a split second?

Edit: I turned the rev limit down to 6800... at 7k it was overrunning more than I liked.

JLT intake
Ford Racing 65MM Cobra Jet Throttle Body
2.4" upper pulley
Lund 93 octane tune

I hope with the addition of long tubes/X pipe I'll be in the 740 area.

Mods? I must have missed the original thread...

Nice #'s!

Did you do them all at once? or did you dyno before and after the addition of the H pipe? - I might just order the lethal xpipe and do header down the road.

- They claim in the 15whp range

All at once...

Like you, my next mods will be headers...I may upgrade the heat exchanger as well.

For @$400 I would try the H pipe first...sound is 100% awesome!

Which JLT do you have? I just got the rezzy delete FRPP tube for now.

I see they have just the carbon tube and they have larger sizes.

I have all those other parts sitting here just waiting. Not sure if I want to swap the pulley just yet and install the tuner. I'm sure I can get away with the 65mm t/b, frpp rezzy delete and airraid filter.

I hope to get mine out over the weekend if I have time and weather cooperates.

I'm waiting a little longer for the Xcal 4, then maybe the ATAK borla and a H pipe without cats and install the upper pulley.

I have the 123mm in the plain black plastic

Revan shows the following if you do everything but the pulley - very nice gains.

665-685 Rear Wheel Horsepower

JLT Big Air Intake, Tune/Tuner & Throttle Body

Were you going to do a canned tune or another route?

- any thoughts on my dip in the high end... I'm thinking its Dyno related not tune.

yeah the H/E is going to be one for me too... but first a much bigger reservoir.

I eventually plan on doing a trunk ice set-up, I think a few places make them.
HE is great, but if you can get some fans to fit the stocker, your 95% of the gains of the comp I'm guessing.
I have a C&R rad in the Fox, awesome product from Van and C&R.

AWESOME numbers!!! I'd bet the dip may be an issue with the dyno and not your car if the logs are fine. Only reason I say that is because I had a dip on one of my dyno sheets on my Kenne Bell 09 GT500 when I ran on a dynojet out of town. I was freaked out and put it on a local dynojet and there was no dip at all. Just something to consider.

Great STD numbers Turbo. Did you graph A/F and Boost??? Would be interested in that. Send the datalogs to Lund to take a look. Think about it, 700+ Rwhp on 93 Pump. Wow..

The dip could just be the way it's hooked up and stretches the dyno straps. I prefer to use 4 3 inch straps.

I prefer to sit the wheels back about 1-2 inches over TDC of the dyno wheel. this way under power all it can do is climb the roller and tighten the straps from the pull.

Once you get the wheel past TDC on the roller the tires can slip easier.
