13-14 GT500 Brake Rotors

Hi all

I am looking to upgrade my brake rotors to slotted rotors for the track -my 13 GT500. I can't seem to find any that are made for our cars. Anyone have any luck ?

The FRPP two-piece rotors are smooth, and frankly smooth is fine. I think that modern brake pads don't require any slotting or drilling to work properly. It's more important to keep the heat out of the wheel bearings, hence the two piece rotors.

The biggest challenge with the 15" Brembo's is brake pads. I swapped mine over to Stoptech so I had a wider range of pads to choose from. I also picked up a spare set of rotors and brackets so I can run 15" rotors or 14" rotors. That way I can use readily available 18" wheels and track tires.

Drilled will stress crack much easier than slotted or solid.
