My clutch has completely gone out...its was slipping pretty bad the past week so i put her in the garage until the other day, it was so bad that I BARELY made it to the shop..so i purchased the spec 2+ which should be here on Monday! 
..my question is..since i pretty much had no grab at all getting to the shop do you think my flywheel is shot? the previous owner told me it is a spec steel flywheel so im assuming that i could replace the insert and all would be great. But i wont know the damage until the shop takes everything apart..Im just concerned..and also what are your thoughts on getting Ford Racing TOB? and the TOB Retainer sleeve?..ive never heard any squeaking from the clutch..just no grip! and when it comes to the retainer sleeve..is lethal the only place to purchase? and really how important is it to have if this is my daily driver?
