So I was given 6 quarts of this stuff. My 04 Cobra has 50k miles. Do you think running it would be okay now that it's tolerances aren't so tight? Or should I just give it to someone else? I would not run this from now on, just for my next oil change to save a few bucks for the baby that is coming along. :)

If you are anal enough to run full synthetic now, I would stick with that and give the Castrol stuff away. Will it really make a big difference if you use it? Probably not, but consider that not only is it not full synthetic, it's different from the factory-recommended 5W20 weight.

Oil isn't that expensive, and you don't change it all THAT often unless you drive alot, so why not just get some full-synthetic 5W20 for it?

Good oil is good oil and thats good oil. I run syntec in mine but would run GTX or Start Up if I got it some free :)

If anything change it a bit early and use it as a "crankcase cleaner/flush" if you will.
