100 octane HP gain

I've had my sonic blue cobra for 3 weeks now and am loving it! I was previous fox body owner. The car came with 2.76 upper, 4# lower, JLT intake and bassani exhaust. I plugged in the SCT tuner and found there's a tune for 100 octane. Assuming everything is tuned properly, with the mods I have, how much horsepower gain would 100 octane fuel provide with the 100 octane tune?

It all depends on the timing. pump gas -vs- the 100 octane tune. The 100 octane tune will give you more power for sure since i'm sure the tuner bumped timing. 20hp give or take

With that setup, the gains will be minimal. Now if you were twin screw and running 18psi on 93 pump, like Wicked46 said, you would be able to run max timing and really show differences. Also like Wicked said, ~20ish HP is about all you will see with that setup.

If you run 100 octane and do nothing with the tune, it will do nothing for you.
