So, I am finally converting the car over to Return.. currently the car sits returnless with a -8 feed, I going to go to the Parker store tomorrow and get -6 for the return.. thats when I thought.. "Well, I could get -10 and use the existing -8 as the return".... How much overkill would that be? Whats the hp limit of a -8 line?

Don't the lethal kits use -10 feeds?

We do use -10an feed/-8an return with our complete fuel systems, but -8an can support over 1000rwhp on E85. Once E85 became the fuel of choice for high HP apps, we decided to switch to the larger feed to increase fuel volume without having to rely on pressure. Now that we have 465lph pumps available, the -10an I think is going to be more valuable in those applications.

I suppose it depends on what power you want to make.

-8 will make a copious amount of power..

if you plan on 1500 or more -10 would be a good idea. Under that -8 feed and -6 return will be fine.

what size are your injector rails? feed from the pump to a y block, y block to back of rails, front of rails to regulator, single -6 back to tank.
