Just bought an '09 GT500, if I widen the wheels to 10.5 how far can I lower the car? And will I need wheels spacers, extended lug bolts or any kind of suspension mods? I plan on needing alot of traction & I would like a really aggressive stance, thanks

I think there are a few ppl with 10.5's and 11's out there w/o any modification on the prokit, now sportlines... I don't know how much room is under there. I have some ccw 19x11's with 295 ps2's on the rear. I'll take some pictures to show the room. No sure of the comparison b/w my ccw and stocker backspacings and offsets.

I have coilovers on my car and had the rears BOTTOMED OUT on them with the tires being flush with the fender and I had no issues running my 19x11s in the rear. No rubbing at all so you shouldn't have any issues with 10.5s.

blueovalkid - what's the offset on the rear? Sick looking ride, btw.

Thx man.
The rears are CS66 20x10 that i had Weldcraft widen to a 11". The numbers on the CS wheels site says +45 on the offset and 7.27 on the backspacing which I guess would be around 8.20 now. You lose about 1/8 off an inch when they cut ur wheels in half to add the spacer so they are actually a 20x10 7/8
