1.5L KB on a 2001 cobra?

I have a stock 2001 cobra with 45k mi. I can't get a nearly complete (no chip) 1.5 kit that was off a 96-98 cobra. My question is this a easy install on my 01' ?. Can I use a 03-04 lower to intercool it? I also have a sct tuner.

I know there is more power available with newer/bigger kits, but I don't want to get crazy with this car. My wife droves this car occasionally.

The short answer is no.

The heads on the 96-98 Cobras are completely different from the 99/01's.
