Hey guys i just bought a 08 shelby got this noise noise only at idle when the motor gets hot it almost sounds like a lifter its only on the left front side and u can only hear the noise from the bottom like under the car but i lifted the car on rack and it sounds like right at the back of the head on the left side also you can only hear it after you have been driving the vehicle for a while. any body ran into this issue

I think I would get an oil analisys to start with-How many miles on the car and what mods if known.
31500 miles and completly stock i just changed the oil with ford 5w50 and oil filter no difference what is and oil analysis
An oil analysis will show whats in the oil and can point to an issue.Check out blackstone.Very informantive. Blackstone Labs
